After a thorough development process, we have completed our new high-speed roll-up door, Revolid.
With the high-speed roll-up door, we are entering a new market for us and, through it, becoming a more comprehensive supplier in our ambition to provide end users and construction companies with competitive, Swedish-made doors. It has been developed entirely by us here in Tråvad and will also be manufactured at the same factory where we produce Sweden’s best-selling folding door, Ecolid.
Revolid will be available in sizes up to 4×4 m and is intended for indoor installation. The opening and closing speed is 1 m/s. Motors and control systems come from Europe’s largest and leading manufacturer, the German company GFA. The high-speed roll-up door is designed to withstand an impact and, with a few simple steps, be fully operational again. Personal safety and impact protection are provided as standard by means of a light curtain in the door opening. It is available in any of our four standard colours: blue, red, grey and white. Installation is extremely straightforward, as it consists of few components. The design requires low maintenance for this product type, and we have set the service interval at 18 months for normally used doors. By leveraging our large-scale folding door production, Revolid’s pricing is also highly competitive.
And last but not least, we provide a 7-year warranty.
