Maintenance costs
the folding door’s perhaps greatest strength
All doors require a certain level of maintenance to function optimally, but are you aware of the significant cost differences between the folding door and the sectional overhead door, the two most common door types on the market? The Ecolid door is designed to minimize maintenance costs. It is tested and approved for more than one million opening cycles, with service intervals of 36 months for manual doors and 18 months for motorized ones. All components are carefully selected and optimized to withstand many years of use without needing replacement or maintenance.
