Quality & the environment

Prido takes responsibility for the future and would like to be part of the solution to one of the greatest challenges of our time.  We conduct active sustainability work. Constantly reducing our environmental impact and strengthening our quality are important aspects of our business. This work is carried out in relation to established environmental and quality goals, which are continually being revised and expanded. We demand that our suppliers share our ambition, and we impose specific environmental and quality requirements in connection with procurements.

Ongoing environmental goals

  • To reduce the amount of CO2 emissions from deliveries per delivered door by 25% by 2025, compared to the 2018 level
  • To reduce the total energy in KWh per delivered door by 10% by 2025, compared to the 2020 level
  • To reduce the total amount of waste per delivered door by 25% by 2025, compared to the 2020 level
  • To reduce the total amount of non-recoverable waste per delivered door by 25% by 2025, compared to the 2020 level

Completed environmental goals

  • To reduce the amount of combustible waste per delivered door by 20% by 2020, compared to the 2018 level. Result: The amount of combustible waste was reduced by 45.3% by 2020
