PriDrive features Boomerang fittings, which reduce the required side room to 250 mm and simultaneously allow for manual motor disengagement directly from floor level. The Boomerang fitting is only available for 4-section doors and with a maximum size of 4.5×4.8 m.
Starting with orders placed in October, Revolid will be delivered in a revised design featuring welded keder strips on the sides of the door to increase its resistance to pressure differences. The keder strips are guided by integrated grooves in the aluminum side profiles. The door is still intended for indoor placement only, but after the change, it can withstand significantly higher pressure differences between two different spaces. Revolid will also receive a faster motor, increasing the opening speed to 1.8 m/s, compared to the current motor which opens at 1.15 m/s. The required side room increases from 80 mm to 100 mm, and the required headroom increases from 420 mm to 500 mm.
