Our Ecolidport can be equipped with lifting hinges that raise the door 10 mm during the opening movement.
A solution well suited for uneven floors. It provides both excellent sealing in the closed position and a smooth opening movement without unnecessary wear on the bottom seal.
For level floors, we recommend our proven standard solution with a frame hinge that is adjustable in height. A solution that simplifies installation and allows fine-tuning of the door’s height above the floor for optimal sealing and minimal wear, while also enabling continuous adjustment of the door’s distance from the floor, for example in case of frost heave or settlement.
Maintenance:
Replacement of ball bearings and the hinge’s frame component at 100,000 openings.
