Ecolid folding doors delivered from May 1, 2012, onwards are covered by our new 7-year warranty.
The warranty applies regardless of who installed or was responsible for servicing the door, provided that this was done according to our instructions. Regarding service, in conjunction with the introduction of the 7-year warranty, we have also reviewed the required service intervals and extended the service periods to every 18 months for motorized doors and every 36 months for manual doors. This measure will drastically reduce your operating costs over time.
