The door leaf of the Prido high-speed door is made of tear-resistant and fabric-reinforced PVC curtain (900 g/m²) with a thickness of approximately 0.9 mm. The curtain is available in four standard colors and features HF-welded keder strips on the sides. Windows can be welded into the curtain using 1.0 mm clear PVC.
Prido high-speed doors are dimensioned and tested for 1,000,000 opening cycles in accordance with EN12605. Prido high-speed doors have an integrated 3-button control for open/stop/close, digital radio receiver for remote control, as well as partial opening function and automatic timed closing. The control system can also be connected to keypads, card readers, pull cord switches, radar and ground loops for automatic opening during forklift traffic.
Prido high-speed doors can be supplemented with UPS battery backup, active safety edge, additional emergency stop, additional push-button box or key switch, additional photocell, external radio receiver, pull cord switch, keypad, radar, card reader, and induction loops.
