Prido rapid roll doors are made to measure in sizes up to 3,500×3,500 mm. The door requires minimal side space (100 mm) and headroom (500 mm), making it easy to install in most existing openings.

The door leaf on the Prido rapid roll door is made of tear-resistant, fabric-reinforced PVC canvas at 900 g/m² with a thickness of approx. 0.9 mm. The canvas is available in four standard colours and features HF-welded keder rails on the sides. Windows can be welded into the canvas using 1.0 mm clear PVC.

The Prido rapid roll door is dimensioned and tested for 1,000,000 opening cycles according to EN12605. Expected service life is at least 15 years provided the door is used for its intended purpose and maintained according to instructions. The door has the market's lowest maintenance requirement: once every 18 months or maximum 50,000 openings.

The Prido rapid roll door is equipped with a light curtain in the opening that shields contact with the door leaf up to 2.5 m height. Prido provides a 7-year warranty on its rapid roll doors and a 2-year warranty on the electronics. Control unit and motor from German GFA ensure operational reliability and long-term availability of spare parts.

The Prido rapid roll door features an integrated three-button set for open/stop/close, a digital radio receiver for remote control, and functions for partial opening and automatic time delay closure. The control unit can also be connected to a code lock, card reader, drawstring switch, radar, and ground loops for automatic opening during forklift traffic.

Prido rapid roll doors can be supplemented with UPS battery backup, active anti-crushing protective strip, additional emergency stop, additional push button box or key operated switch, additional photocell, external radio receiver, drawstring switch, code lock, radar, card reader and ground loops.
