When should you choose hinged doors instead of folding doors?

Hinged doors are best suited for small and medium-sized openings (max 2,490×2,490 mm) with low-frequency pedestrian or vehicle traffic. Hinged doors are economical when the opening is small, when the mechanism needs to be simple, and when the door is only opened a few times per day. For larger openings or frequent opening, folding doors are recommended instead.
