In normal industrial environments, a manual Prido folding door requires no maintenance whatsoever. In heavily soiled environments, washing may be necessary to maintain rust protection. Motorized folding doors (PriDrive) require service every 18 months or after a maximum of 30,000 openings. All maintenance can be performed without specialized expertise.
