The work to renovate the property has been ongoing for several years, and externally all work is now complete, apart from a new sign that will be installed within a couple of weeks. New insulating and sound-absorbing suspended ceiling, new roof, additional wall insulation, and new sheet metal cladding. Heat-reducing insulated glazing units, new doors, and a completely new entrance. By investing in materials with higher insulating performance, we reduce our environmental impact, as less energy is required for heating and the heat is retained within the premises.
